Finding Body Comfort in Your Yoga Practice

Finding Body Comfort in Your Yoga Practice

Sat+Sun 3.16 - 3.17.24, 1-5pm

w/Nicole Myers

$269 | $199/member

Safe alignment in your Yoga practice is an important part of taking care of yourself and finding comfort in poses.

In this workshop you will find your personal alignment & experience how it can help you increase your strength & flexibility. To move comfortably in your body your joints must be capable of moving freely through their entire range of motion, which means the bones need to be in a supportive alignment. Monitoring your alignment can help you avoid injury, and strengthening muscles in the correct alignment will stabilize joints.

We will explore the individuality of our skeletons to learn to protect ourselves through mindful movement.

Taught by our beloved Nicole Myers who geeks out over anything anatomy!  This workshop is a must for anyone who experiences discomfort/tightness in certain poses OR if you experience chronic pain in your daily life.
